  Generally the best reaction from my dogs when getting them groomed... They don't come home freaked out and are accommodating with special requests (ie they happily use the sensitive shampoo I take with as one of my dogs has sensitive skin)

  I've had my dog here for two vet check ups and once for grooming.
  
  Sadly my initial impression was not a good one. I still had a puppy and was still learning the ropes as far as care for this particular breed goes. Naturally I was going to ask questions. While I got answers I wasn't convinced that the vets there are as passionate about pet care as I'd have hoped them to be - this was the first visit.
  
  The second vet visit went more smoothly as I had already self educated.
  
  The grooming was a bit of a disaster. The vet says that the groomers have been there for many years - cool. The groomers were friendly, but perhaps not as passionate about their work as they could have been.
  
  The groomers failed to follow the instructions I had given them. I had instructed that my dog's afro and ears be trimmed shorter. This didn't happen - I didn't make a scene.
  
  I wouldn't avoid this place by all costs, but there is definitely room for improvement.

  Good atmosphere. Good selection of different pet products. It needs a touch of color to break the stale brown appearance, but that's just nitpicking

  Good place to visit for all your pet needs. The staff are friendly and the service good. Prices are good on all pet food. Recommended.
