Was a bit confused when the lady working there told me my car is too dirty and they don't have water? She told me I must go rinse my car and bring It back Why do you call it innovation without water if my car was unable to be cleaned?

Using the same greasy, dirty rag to clean ALL windows inside and out? Thanks guys, no really, I love spending the first 30 minutes of my day in the morning cold fixing the abysmal window cleaning job, so that I don't crash into someone on the road because I can't see a thing!

Of course, it's not apparent how much of a bad job is done until you are already driving home, because the car wash is UNDERGROUND. Really solid business plan, semi-darkness is the perfect setting to clean windows.

The full valet service set me back R450. Considering the fact that the seats were still soggy 7 HOURS after I dropped off the car at 9am, and that I had to redo the windows myself completely, I wouldn't say it was worth it at all.

TL;DR: Use ANY other car wash, but preferably one where the cleaning is not done underground, maybe then you won't end up with windows that look like a deli sandwich paper bag.

Inside and outside washes are great. I wouldn't recommend the mini valet, got the vehicle back and still needed to clean it a little more at home and finish some of the detailing.
