Since when is it a requirement for me to produce the slip of my gift to be able to send a package with paxi? This is redicilous. I have called Paxi and they said this isnt a requirement. So please can you tell me is this a new requirement for PEP Durban workshop or what?

Their service is terrible. If they are not out of data or off line they send your Paxi pack to the wrong place or better yet load the incorrect contact details of the recipient.
