Not sure if this is for the downstairs or upstairs. But the upstairs restaurant is clean, delicious, prompt, with a great view.

A beautiful and secluded swimming beach with a nice soft serve ice-cream shop and shop with beach paraphernalia , what else you need.

The service at the take-away shop by the lady behind the counter, was unfriendly. It seemed she was doing us a favour in helping us. The lady working behind the counter at the icecream section was also unfriendly and attacked me verbally when I chatted to another customer about paying extra for the syrup on the softserves. To the ladies working in the shop smile, it makes everybody feel welcome. And don't attack a customer verbally. Next time I would rather give your shop a skip.

We had their creamy snails, and must say that it is the best I have ever had. Me and the wife always order snails as an appetizer everywhere I go, and this was by far the best, they are a bit greedy on the bread though.
We also ordered pizzas and which was amazing, wife also commented that she cannot remember when last she actually enjoyed a pizza this much. Staff also very friendly.
The view as well is amazing looking onto the beach and see. This is now our preferred restaurant in margateresponse / report this review
