Great shop that caters for all your party abd baking needs

All you can find party items under one roof, but at way too exorbitant prices. I was charged R100 just to fill a single balloon with Helium (and I had supplied my own balloons). I would advise going to Party Themes if the budget allows and cost isn't a factor, otherwise everything else can be purchased from Durban China Mall just around the corner.

The owners attitude is pathetic.
They think they are doing us a favor by shopping at the store.
Staff are polite and helpful but the owner is a very rude and abrupt person.
They just shout and embarrass staff in front of customers with no remorse whatsoever.
I really fell very sorry for all staff that work their.

Poor customer service.Be careful what u buy almost nothing can be returned even if you return the item within 5 mins. Better shopping experience is needed

If you're having any sort of Party or need some homeward or cookware or bakeware items this is THE place! They also stock ready to use sugar flowers (fondant) and a vast selection of pastry decorating tools and food items. They are very well priced and will give a better price for bulk purchases. Great experience!

It was my first visit and they have practically everything a party planner would wana get. They cater for baby showers bridal showers birthday day parties young n old and have a wide range of party accessories.

Im from Swaziland and I drive all the way just to shop for my baking business, I should tell you it's worth it. Its cheap and the staff there is super friendly!! I love it.
