Had to make phone call to reception after sitting for 10-15 minutes with waiters casually walking past us and helping newer patrons. Service & food was good after this.

Was here for about 3 times now. Still wanna come back for more. Just not sure if their steaks are bossy though. However, all 3 times I came were really great experiences. I've enjoyed their Pizza, their Sensational subs with a nicely made Double Thick Malt Chocolate Shake and still wanna try their pasta. The service is great but the food is on-point. The ambiance is not a problem at all, as long as you don't go during month end. I opted for another place after the waiter told me they had like over 50 names on a waiting list. The Manager of Panarottis must seriously start thinking about buying that Kalahari Fish space and expanding operations. It's a great restaurant and has room for growth.
