They have a no return policy and are of no help. Rather buy online from takealot where they exchange problematic items no problem.

I bought a wireless keyboard an mouse, the key board is slow to respond but only intermittently the mouse has a very poor response on most surfaces. The keyboard was tested in store and no issues were found, I was not surprised as it was a intermittent problem. The mouse was slow and poor to respond the person tested said it was only the speed that needed to be adjusted. He did not adjust it though and said everything works 100%. The managers response was that everything is working 100% and that there is a sign in the window saying “No exchanges”.

Always get good service and prices from them, pitty the stock levels is so low that everything you need must be ordered then you wait a week.
