If u want to have comfort do not go here staff is very unfriendly . It iz basically a retirement home and the staff and facilities are not kind to their residents so you as a paying visitor is treated very rudely.

The place is not good at all. In fact, it is more of an Old Age Home than a hotel. Furthermore, the bar (Thatchers) is frequented by racist facists residents who are nostalgic for the good old "Suid Afrika" under the National Party. I have personally experienced prejudice and racism there and would be willing to stand by this review under any form of questioning and inquiry.

The drinks at the racist bar, however, are cheap and their Library is fully stocked -which is what I quite like.

We book for check in time for 11:00 via their Internet bookings, only to be informed that the check time is 14:00.We were told that there was no commutation done with them by their Internet co- partners with them.As a results we had to wait for for 14:00 to check in.This inconvenienced us a great deal as we were coming from Jhb and needed rest.

Neat and tidyFriendly staff. Suitable for adults with no kids n the elderly. There's a pool, dining area, amble parking n 2 minute walk from the beach🙂

Good hospitality..lovely nice receptionist, rooms where great, you could improve your parking area for big cars, unfortunately our music system was stolen and one window was broken because we didn't have parking for our big car, other than that Parkview is great.

FYI - This is a old age HOME. We had no choice but stay there because we had already paid, dirty bathtubs and a small bed. We were moved to a better room after complaining.

We stayed the weekend of 2 to 6 December 2016 in room 507. Excellent service, room is clean lovely sea view, close to all attractions and beach. On the bus route. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I would recommend to any one. Im planning my stay again soon for 2017. Keep up the excellent see service Park view!!!!!
