Rooms are spacious and comfortable but rest of the hotel requires sprucing up especially the hallways with the uneven floor

We spent a weekend here in February 2018. The room was comfortable and neat with two double beds and an air conditioner.
There was also a flat screen TV with one or two satellite channels and the usual local stuff.
Breakfast was buffet style and included most items one would expect. The bacon didn't look great but tasted fine.
All in all, for the price we paid I was pleasantly surprised!

Spur to me is not what it use to be. Their fountain drinks tastes horrible everytime. And the food was a bit bland. It's not spur quality i remember anymore. I didn't finish my plate. And everytime i go i experience this. I don't go there much anymore.

Very friendly staff. Quaint hotel. Breakfast is good. Mostly used by the military. Bedding is nice and clean. Good for groups. Rooms are spacious. But the hairdryers in the bathrooms date back to 1970. Gee! Da ja Vu!

I was horribly shocked when I arrived at the Hotel/Inn as your website paints a whole different picture, the hotel is definitely not a 4 star and after having seen it it grades a 2.

Firstly your passage which is carpeted leading to all the bedrooms is absolutely filthy and it's starting to lift.

The bedrooms are just as disgusting as the net curtains are filthy the linen on the bed is all stained and the pillows are in shocking condition.

Bathroom needs serious upgrading and baths are so old they stained.

I know that this all seems negative but really if you want to run a hotel then it should be done properly and your guests that are paying should not have to complain about simple cleanliness of rooms and bathroom upgrading and clean linen because remember without guests you have no hotel.

Good location and friendly staff. The rooms are clean but the place is quite old. There is a lot of noise from other guests. I don't think I would stay there again.

Bedding is clean, beds are still in good condition. They have a pool, putt putt, tennis, volley ball. Cash bar only, not part of the hotel.

As we arrived a guy was standing with one of those trolleys for our bags. People are friendly. I must still have breakfast.

The hotel just needs a face-lift, it's like the carpet doesn't have anymore lining, it's uneven when you walk, the walls are this old creamy colour painted in oil paint, they still use curtains and not blinds.

No bar fridge in the room. It has a kettle with tea and coffee.

So I have changed my rating to 1 star after having breakfast. The tables were bent inwards, the food was cold and so was the coffee they were serving.

I would not recommend this place.

I am writing this review on behalf of my parents in-law who stayed at your hotel this past Friday 22/07/2016. They had mostly good things to say about your establishment. For the price they paid it was really worth it and the Mediterranean breakfast was delicious. They definitely would come back again. The only issues that bothered them was that they air-con in the bedrooms was a bit noisy and the blankets on the beds was not very sufficient in terms of it not being big enough for the size of the beds. I personally am planning to stay at your hotel in the near future. Thank you so much and keep up the good work.
