at longbeach mall in sunvalley, the drivers keep driving on the foot path, when confronting a driver, i was chased down by him. maybe employ drivers with a higher education, that can tell the difference between a road and a walkway.

I ordered something from McDonalds which subsequently wasn’t delivered on 16th October. I cancelled the order due to driver issues and requested a refund. I was then told there was a problem with my banking details and I needed to send it to OrderIn/scoot which I did immediately. To date I haven’t been refunded, no one has responded to my emails and it’s almost a month later. I’ve received an apology call in the interim telling me the refund is with the finance department but that’s what they said initially. I find this completely appalling! I don’t care about the amount of the refund, it’s the principle of the matter and the ethic of the brand. How can you expect to keep customers if you treat them with such disregard.

Their phone line says they are not taking calls anymore and that they support live chat instead. The live chat is a bot and useless.

Told that our order will take over an hour to deliver. No way to cancel or contact them. As it turned out the food arrived very quickly and hot. But the experience was frustrating.

Previously we have had bad experiences with orderin - cold food delivered, random dishes delivered (that don't correlate to email confirmation).

Also, delivery instructions on a previous order (and previous address) were linked to this order despite the fact that the I left the box blank. Again, not being able to phone someone makes this more frustrating than it needs to be.

Stick with Uber eats. Or another local option - Mr Delivery. The restaurant that had our meals switched recommended this as well.

I can't imagine that anyone likes bots instead of being able to talk to someone via phone. If they remove their irritating bot I'll update this review.
