  This place is not suitable even for dogs .its maybe suitable for the owner who is a dog disgusting.

  A home away from home! And YES, it is literally "on the beach!" Excellent staff and service. Just ask for Tshepo or John. The rooms are comfortable and exquisite 👌👌

  We've decided to spoil ourselves by spending our weekend away from Joburg at On the beach, The property is conveniently located "On the beach", the name says it all.Fortunately it was one of their "not so busy" weekends and we were given a free upgrade to one of their most spacious and modern designed room with lots of amenities and luxurious kitchenette. We really enjoyed it,as for the breakfast go for the Eggs Benedict and thank me later.

  Can't believe ratings for this hotel there are no facilities for sitting on the beach just towels provided and the gardens are tiny and slope down to the sand. Views are amazing and rooms well decorated. Breakfast was good but that was the only service. There is an honesty bar. Jeffrey's Bay is a bit mixed to say the least for eating but we did find The Kitchen Windows restaurant which was excellent and a taxi service was provided, which was handy as the hotel was at least 1.5 miles from the town. This hotel would be fine for a one night stopover but not a beach holiday for adults or children.
