  We scheduled for 9am but they didn't arrive after an hour so we called to confirm. We heard some mumbles then the call was put down. We called several times but no response. We called with a different phone and they answered. Just for the phone to be put down when they heard the name it was scheduled for. Seems like they were purposefully avoiding our phone calls They never came. It's an absolute scam and i do not recommend using this service.

  I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this company, from missed appointments, to being two hours late, to then making a complete mess in our home while cleaning one rocking chair, I definitely don’t think they are South Africa’s number 1 cleaning service by a long shot. No response to my email indicating my dissatisfaction either. Save yourself the money and the trouble and use another company.

  Never arrived on the scheduled date. Then called to reschedule. Again, arrived an hour and thirty minutes late. I tried calling several times. The phone was put down on me and not answered again. Did not take care when moving the cleaning machine around on my wooden floors - water seeped everywhere, marks on my floors. Cleaned my rug on my wooden floors without taking care to prevent water stains. Not worth the money.

  The best pre and post event cleaning services at the Global Citizen Festival in Soweto at the FNB stadium.The cleaning was carried out in a more proficient way .Gratified by the professional approach from CleanServ and their waste management plan,Great cleaning team .

  Absolutely the worst possible service. The cleaning team arrived 3 hours late (no phone calls) and did not finish the job on the day as per the quote but promised to be back early the following morning. They did not arrive at all the following morning. After calling 3 times, I was told that the team was not working as it was overcast on the day. I would not recommend using this company at all.
