Very caring and kind. They went the extra mile to assist with all the "little things" and made the whole experience a pleasant one and I remember my moms service with Oakleigh as a sense of caring like they were family to me. Oakleigh even took photos of the flowers that were ordered for the cremation as I did not attend it
