  Estate in Dullstroom with a few privately owned houses. The Security is not the best as any one can get access to the dam. The dams itself is not stocked at all, although the locals will eagerly convince you to buy a fishing permit from their shops. We were 3 people who fished at this dam for 3 weekends and none of us caught anything. Quite an upset since this is municipal dams and Dullstroom is known as the fly fishing hotspots of SA.
