Nor impressed with the Service. I asked one of the staff where I can purchase 3D glasses, the referred me to the "VIP" Lounge, where I received premium "VERY Slow" service. Bought 4 3D glasses and received 3.The cashier told to get them at the door,foe me to find no one the assist the the 4th pair. Forcing me to go back and have to fern for myself.Thanks for the "Terrible" Service. SK, I'm coming home.

I’ve been coming to this Nu Metro for years because it’s the closest one to me. The theatre is not that great, but the staff are amazing. You can usually hear the sound from the theatre next door if you sit too close to the door. During this week I purchased some popcorn and it was stale.

VIP experience was disappointing. Seats were very comfortable but there was no service at all. The staff were extremely noisy during the movie and were yelling and laughing outside in the foyer, even after one of the other patrons asked them to quieten down. Won't be going back.

We were there 2 years ago to watch a movie and enjoy it so much that my friend forgot his brand new jacket there

Was treated so badly after my coupon bounced based on a technical error. I spoke to management there and the lady in charge refused to at least to reach a compromise. Instead I was sent him with all my guests that I invited. Worsted experience ever

One of most modern cinema experiences I've been to, they also have VIP section and an absolute must if you want to watch a movie in style.

Most staff here are lazy and rude, only 1 staff member hasn't been so far. Prices for tickets and snacks are expensive unless you have membership deals like a Clicks Clubcard- which by the way they won't ask if you have, you have to produce it by yourself. Sure, take some sweets in by keeping them in your handbag.
It has happened before where the Nu Metro website and cinema have different times and availability of movies, so don't assume the website is always 100% right.
1 star rating because the power cut out when I went to watch Star Wars Rogue One and no staff member came to inform us what happened nor were we reimbursed for a ruined movie that turned off literally during the plot twist scenes.
Also, the SceneVIP reclining chairs can be very difficult to actually recline on.
