Just called the vet to ask if they could trim my dog claws. The lady on the phone, apart from being desinterested and rude, discriminated us immediately because we used to go to Radio Kop. I had to explain that we moved houses so I could get an answer!
Conclusion of this 3min phonecall:
- Northcliff Vet doesn't take dogs that went to other vets
- Client support is limited and discriminates
