Walked in last Friday afternoon to get a bracket for the cover on my LDV. They did not have one but took one of a 2nd hand vehicle and gave it to me for free. As I walked out I was in such a good mood that when I walked into a black FJ Cruiser I decided to buy it, if they could get the deal done in 1h40 minutes.

Their whole team jumped in, from sales to administration to trade-ins and I walked out a little later than my original target with a brand new car, two nice bottles of wine and went hunting the same weekend with it. What more can one ask?
