Excellent service for the parts department. They really went out their way to locate a part for my vehicle. Good follow up from the agent.

I suspect this rating is a waste of time as the owner only has two replies. I purchased a used Navara at this dealership unfortunately the one I applied for was sold and there was a admin mix up. Then the salesman went to the Eastern Cape to fetch me another Navara (the only reason for the two stars) as I inspected the vehicle I pointed out sevral issues to be fixed. The repairs took in excess of 6 weeks I paid two installments already and the only driving I did was to home and back to the dealership.
The main complaint was a mechanical noise from the engine bay and a leaking intercooler. None of these were fixed I also asked them to check the turbo and that is also faulty. The list of problems with this vehicle is long. They at least fixed my cruise control on the 3rd time I sent the bakkie back and that is it. I have more than once expressed my discontent with the issues and this morning everything came to a point. Management was very hard to reach so I went there and to my face they tell me they can take the bakkie back but it will be handled as a trade in. One of the managers went on to make baseless assumptions. My mechanic made a list of all that is wrong. They said they will repair it at their cost so until then I will keep this on 2/1 star.

After sales service bad you get the run around routine. Was told repeatedly demo Nissan vehicle was not in any accident. Two years down the line from purchase date paintwork started to crack and fade badly. As per dealer paint work on vehicle has only 3 year warranty. As the vehicle is 2013 model, paint warranty expired 2016!!!!! What a load of bullI've driven Toyota corrola before and had a ten year warranty on paint If u look in the dictionary under useless and self serving you will find the Dealer as description.

Agree with Clinton Forrester regarding answering the telephone. I called the spares department with no answer at all for over an hour, maybe they record it for training purposes. What a joke.
I cannot comment on the vehicle service department but my guess will be that it will be the same as the telephone service.

Where do I start? Firstly, on a REGULAR basis the switchboard goes unanswered for more than an hour (repeated calls and it just rings). Then when you send a vehicle in for a service, they report that items need replacing which were replaced by ourselves 4 days earlier (we actually tested to see if they were fleecing us because items "required replacing" on previous vehicles which were only 30 000km old). They also take 3 days to service an NP300 bakkie (apparently they don't keep the parts needed in stock to do a major service). Finally, when they finally finish the service, we have to send it back to them again becuase they didn't complete the work that was asked of them (our ABS light is STILL on after the 4th time with them). Oh, and they quoted us R452.58 for a battery and then tried to charge us R1100. Worst Nissan dealer in Gauteng (and we have tried a few)
