Great accommodation. Loved our luxury tent, the outside dining area and nice and cosy pool. We were welcomed and served by friendly staff. Would totally recommend to anyone who loves nature and wildlife and / or wants a romantic and unique place to stay

Nice, comfortable and peaceful place. Bush walk is overpriced. Food is nice but sometimes overcooked or undercooked.

It is way over priced for what you get. R250 pp for a bush walk of an hour. Guide not very informative. Food was common. As a South African they should up their standards if they want to ask the price they are asking.

What a peaceful breakaway. Such a beautiful and serene place far away from all the buzz. This lodge is run by the friendliest, most helpful people I have ever come across.

On my way there, I had a flat tyre on the BMW (no spare). We were stranded on the farm with no vehicle, and could not get the tyre replaced because all the tyre businesses were closed for the long weekend, which meant that we had to sleep over an extra night.

Without being asked to help, the owner, Devin, offered to take the punctured wheel to town the Monday morning to have the tyre replaced and bring it back so we could be on our way. We did not have to lift a finger, they jumped in and did everything that needed to be done. Devin even paid for my tyre in town which I could then just pay on my final account when leaving.

Came time to pay, I thought that this would be a very big bill, including the tyre and extra night's stay and all. But to my amazement, they got me a 25% discount on the price that I normally pay for the tyre, and they gave me the extra night's stay for free.

All through this ordeal, the reception lady and the game ranger made us feel so at ease and at home, always smiling an friendly. They offered more of their exquisite food (the evening puddings are the best), and drinks, and had us relax and just enjoy the stay.

I will most certainly go back there for a stay, just to experience again what hospitality is all about.

Thanks guys for the great weekend and all the help.
