This a biggest mall I know with all different shops people are using ,It very clean,the only thing that I suggest is that it must have enough 🌲 🌲 trees to protect our vehicles from the sun in parkings.

Clean and good shopping..not sure if I'll go back.. the taxi tooting/hooting made eating in the restaurants annoying. Taxi also park right on pedestrian crossing to load/offload passengers!

This mall is relatively small but has all the requisite shops. The food court has a variety of fast food outlets. Ample free uncovered parking bays. Entrances are wheelchairs friendly.

Very pricy!!! But lovely to browse around. Good shops! Mall is always clean and tidy. Bathrooms are clean. And enough. Parking is also enough. Overall10 out of 10!!!

Took my phone into Hollywood Bollywood and it was sorted out within an hour. Just not cool to have to walk down the longest passage in South Africa to the toilets.

Enjoyed visiting this mall. Has many of the main department stores such as Woolworths and Edgars, and includes two supermarkets namely Checkers and Pick and Pay. Variety of fast food outlets and and descent number of restaurants. A welcome addition to the Newcastle retail scene.

This place is clean. All major banks are available. Toilets facilities are clean. Packing space is adequate enough. But they need to improve on the following areas: Trading hours especially during weekends; Control gate access to improve security; Remove taxis inside the mall parking. But over roll view it is good.

Very decent and clean mall, there is plenty of parking space and most popular nationwide brand franchises are available here. The Public toilets are also clean and the behaviour of patrons is decent, most banks have branches there

It's a vast mall I've seen so far.. with over 191 shops to go through.. some shops ate like new to my knowledge and its just a perfect place I can say.
