Poor customer service in general, there is no sense of urgency or care for guests. There is not enough parking and you have to outside building and if you park inside you will he blocked by other cars. They have a long way to go, I hope they invest in improving

Caters for basic needs but nothing to write home about. Safe off street parking is limited.
