  Very spacious bank with open plan counters. They have Forex service.

  I call into your branch this morning for change. Ticket number T049, served by counter 11. After I asked for change, the teller asked me if I bank with Nedbank and I replied No. Nedbank only supply change to their clients (who bank at Nedbank). I mentioned to her that I often call into Nedbank at 6th Avenue and that they have always assist me with change. She replied that the reason for only supplying your clients with change is that you don't run short. I did mention to her that I have a Nedbank Corporate Saver account. She replied that she will help me today but not again.
  
  I am quite disgusted. I thought that banks provide a service to the public and not only to their customers. If this is your attitudehow do you gain new business??

  I do not like banks, Nedbank is no exception, but it is preferable to the rest. Still, and this is unfortunately no reflection on the people working here at this branch, Head Office policies translate into ludicrous timewasting for clients.
