Waited for more than a hour for a card collection! Staff clearly ignoring the the bottleneck in branch.
Friendly service but not enough staff behind desks. Waited an hour! Usually really good. Hope they improve the service going forward.
While standing in line for assistance to close account, was told they can't transfer positive balance, will need to do it online with zero balance remaining, and then close account at branch. The R30 compulsory balance can't be transferred. Wrong info given, according to call centre, so it's back to the long line.
Had to get documents stamped and signed by a commissioner of oaths for my elderly mother. Irene Durrell and Sebalo Vinger were beyond helpful - Nedbank could use more staff members like them. They were friendly, helpful and utterly professional and made a trip to the bank actually enjoyable. Thanks to both of them - much appreciated! Lynne

super friendly staff who go out of their way to help. there is usually a staff member walking down the various queues, ensuring that those queueing have the necessary papers and are standing in the correct queue.

5/5 rating for the consultant, Mrs. Rossouw, working in the general inquiries desk. I had a Nedbank account since 2009 and not once did a consultant ever inform me my type of account was discontinued or that I need to update my profile on the system and do a fingerprint scan! You guys need more people like her!
Also 5/5 for supporting our official languages in your documentation - something FNB lacks..
