Always the slowest service.
I have now been sitting for over four minutes whilst some talking head tells me what a wonderful place Nedbank is - repeating the same drivel over and over and over. And over. No sign of anyone ready to answer the phone. My experience with Nedbank Rondebosch has been pretty well uniformly dismal.
Best staff always assist in queue
I've had consistently bad experiences with this branch, from them not responding to requests, not opening accounts after I came in multiple times to do so, and no communication from my personal banker. During my last visit, which had me there for over an hour, the branch manager was unapologetic and downright rude to my friend that had been waiting there patiently with me. I am closing my accounts asap.
Walked into the branch to make an appointment with a business consultant to open an account and left my contact details as he was not in the building. No response, and I called again to leave my details. Had to contact manager to get some level of interest. Not impressed.
Great, friendly and personalised service. Short queues.
