Extremedy slow service , not the first time I have experienced waiting lengthy periods to get served.
This durbanville branch service is pathetic ive applied for a second loan 2 weeks ago no communication what so ever from the people working there i have been to the bank 3 times to find out whats happening....was referred from 1 consultant to another coz the 1 has taken leave for black friday so she cudnt help the consultant that she referred me too more useless u have to call him everytime he doesnt keep u up to date as to whats happing tomorrow will b monday again so i have to waste more airtime to find out whats happening....this has never happened at any other nedbank......pls send ur consultants at the durbanville branch for more training thanks.....
My overall experience with Nedbank has been poor, I worked with this branch so the review is on this branch, I will assume this is not the experience at all branches. I will be moving to a new bank where the staff are more competent, useful and empowered. I am disappointed, as I respect upper management at Nedbank, I do not appreciate the service, competence and usefulness from this branch for me, I expect more from a bank than what is being delivered. I just hope they fix things, but I doubt it.
Terrible customer service! The staff is rude and extremely unprofessional. I had a simple request and they were unhelpful and impatient. I would definitely not recommend.
I think their service is superb. Very helpful, fast and efficient.
