I have been a client of Nedbank since I was 21 years old - now 69 and I have never had such bad service as I have had from your branch in Brand Road / Davenport branch.
3 hours I have waited for the "business banker" to phone me to set up and appointment to open a new account.
This is not acceptable, and then to be told that it can take 2.5hrs to open a new account - I have open accounts before and it has never taken that long

Not a great experience with Ms Khoza. Came she made me wait 15mins in the morning saying her computer system is the on yet whilst she did her paper work.
I thought by 9am when they open they would be ready to serve the public.she was also very unpolite.
