  Very disappointed with my food. I ordered mild chicken but got tasteless chicken, not properly grilled & no source ... very disappointed Nandos.... my partner had steers chicken and it tasted way better than yours.

  Ordered a full chicken last night with three sides
  Absoutely horrible
  Rolls come in a brown bag
  Dried up
  Chicken no extra sauce as requested
  To top it of me and husband have the runs thanks to nandos
  What a wonderful way of celebrating my birthday with case of the runs because of ur food !!!
  We normally order and lately it’s just not good food anymore

  So we waited absolutely long to get our table cleaned and there was more waiting time to get our food. Finally, when we recieved our food it was left on another table and when brought to our table the waitress had mistakenly touched the side of one of the pieces of chicken. I've never experienced Nandos like this before. I always eat there and the service isn't this bad anywhere else. The food was fine. Which I was thankful for.

  Everytime I end up looking for a decent dinner in double time I come past here. The other fast food outlets around don't deliver on the quality of ingredients and prepapration. It's also the healthiest joint in the area. But if you're happy eating something that only resembles chicken or is deep fried to death there is a KFC and McD's in the vicinity.

  Interesting venue...arty. Nice food. Its NANDOs....yummy. Good service. Manager is also helpful and hands on.

  Service is absolutely dreadful. I found myself waiting 10 minutes to give my order at the till while one of the ladies was going through her receipts right in front of me, she couldn't be bothered to call someone else to attend to me. It's ridiculous how some people take their jobs for granted and ruin a great restaurant's reputation with their ride lower class behaviour.

  You will often wait 20-40 minutes in the drive through or sit down restaurant.
  
  The food is never really made to spec.
  
  The worst experience included a 20-25 minute wait in the drive through then needing to return to get chicken in the chicken pita. Waiting for the food to arrive and that was also not to spec. I then asked for my money back rather than have them take a 3rd try and was refused many times before having to threaten further action. This was over an hours work for no food.
  
  I've spoken to nandos many times and the restaurant claims to be an 'experimental' store, which is why things are always difficult. Fine if true, but let me be aware my time, food and money are an experiment, I just want to pick up my food and go.
  
  I recommend staying clear.
