This experience was terrible. Could understand if this Nandos was full. Our order was standing for 15 minutes before anyone brought it to us. Needless to say it was cold. Nothing worse than re heated take away food. Rice forgotten, coffee brought, no sugar. No apology. Not the Nandos experience we are use to.

Nandos Long Street is where it's all about. In the hub of Cape Town CBD, lots of smiling, happy staff and great food.

Staff are very friendly. The wait is a bit long as it is in the City Centre. Otherwise it is spacious enough for sit down with pleasant decor.

Nando's is normally one of the places I frequent so when I had some guest from abroad, this was rather convenient to the hotel and we could frequent it for a quick bite.
The food as always was excellent, but I wondered about the service as from the time of ordering to when we actually got our food, it took quite a while and that was in off-peak hours with the store being virtually empty. The quarter chicken seemed smaller than what is served at some other stores.
But, my guests enjoyed the Portuguese flavour and that made up for it.
The male toilet was in need of a bin clean but the store itself was spotless.response / report this review -
