I have been using NakedCherry since they opened their doors, I have never had a bad experience I have always made it a point to be on time failing which I have cancelled and arranged for a new appointment. The staff has always been friendly and very professional. Karen has built a great brand and is focused on customer server, I don’t know of any other waxing boutique that has this approach. Keep up the great service and work ethos.

Treatment was not completed and a touch up treatment also did not complete the treatment. No follow-up with the client after touch up treatment. The treatment tables also use a paper towel which gets stuck everywhere and is not the best hygienic method in my opinion.
