  Week clientele service staff is up and down with only three assisting a full on branch. Waiting time extremely long.. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS BRANCH

  Although this FNB branch was revamped with new furniture the customer service is worse than ever, there is 9 client service desks but always only 5 staff members attending to clients, resulting in long delays for other waiting clients.
  This bank is making millions upon millions from us but cutting cost on staff.

  I needed op speak to an insurance broker. The number advertised on the FNB site takes you to Center Management at N1 City Mall and they get frustrated with the confusion. Called FNB again about four times and realised I was wasting my time. with this branch. Hope they pick up their game at some stage. Called Nedbank N1 City and got the professional service I wanted. .

  Worst bank ever. Fat lady with the short brown hair is useless. Blaming booking a debit card online the issue instead of at the bank. The branch FICA system is down and can't even read the surname of the person I gave power of attorney. So 2 hours waisted. Avoid this bank at all costs. They are a waste of time!!!!

  If your looking for stores that give the best products for the best value this is the place to be has all essential stores including a checkers hyper . The reason it doesn't have 5 stars is become parking space is hard to find and sometimes equipment there doesn't work

  It's a nice small mall. Good for a quick shop. Be warned it gets very busy at month end.

  Nice selection of shops. Baby room is too small to fit pram. Couldn't feed my baby in there. Wheelchair facilities are permanently locked unless you can miraculously find someone to help.

  Fairly wide fanged of shops that are decently priced. Located conveniently with free parking. Security and cleaning could both be improved in my opinion, but still a very popular shopping mall.

  It's a decent shopping mall. Nice to take your kids. Plenty of parking. The shops are average, if you are looking for something unique you won't find it here. If you live in the area and need to do your grocery shopping then this center is perfect
