Great view of the Letaba river. Here time passes by and your coffee can get cold just by enjoying the view.

No stock of certain menu items like bacon and ice cream (particularly disappointing in Summer). Not up to the usual Mugg & Bean standard. Disappointing food and service. The view looking over the Letaba river, however, was fantastic

Extremely slow service while employees laze about, not cleaning another table's drink spill or cleaning up after guests for long. Many food items not in stock (only Rye bread for sandwiches, no chicken breast, etc), hair and unidentified item in my chips side dish. We were here for over an hour before we got our food (non-busy day). Unacceptable.

VERY SLOW SERVICE! Called the manager but it was clear that she knew about the issue in the kitchen but she didn't have a clue how to fix the problem.
After an hour our food arrived. The food was cold and one of the orders were incorrect. Not all items on menu was available, had to change my order.
Also no WiFi available like in other M&B venues?response / report this review
