Mr Cheap adds more stress to your move than anything else.
They were just under 2 hours late on the day that my elderly parents were moving home (which is already a stressful situation) and cited 'technical difficulties' as their reason. Not to mention, not one personnel contacted my father to let him know there was a delay and he had to keep calling them to check where they were, all while his groceries were defrosting in the car - every call they said they were 10 minutes away, when in fact 2 hours passed until they showed up.
The cherry on top of this complete mess of a service, I had to ask the moving team multiple times to wear their masks in my parents home while moving items - and every time I looked, their masks were off again.
Completely unprofessional from start to finish. They were recommended to us and I will ensure that's where the recommendations stop.response / report this review -

Moving my vehicle with Mr Cheap Transport was easy and stress free. The team assisted me wonderfully and were extremely polite. They transported my car all the way from Pretoria to Cape Town, I will definitely recommend this moving company to friends and family.

Had the best experience with Mr Cheap Movers.They arrived exactly on time, came inside the house and were so friendly. Moved the stuff out to the van so quickly but so carefully. Took the goods to the other property. They had to wait as the keys were not there yet. They were so patient. They could not reverze the van too close to the front door and ever so friendly and tolerant said that it is no problem, they will carry it from the outside of the property. Impressive and hats off to the driver and guys on the van.

If ever you were in doubt about MR Cheap you don''t have to be.
Two weeks before i had to do a big move from Limpopo to cape town me of coarse a little bit panicking
nick phoned me and took me through every step. Clarence took the move procedures over and it was smooth saling from there. ( never laughed so much in two weeks) never felt so welcomed and at ease with people as with you guys.
Even a last minute storage was arranged.👌
Mariska you and your team are more than awesomeness proud you can be of them.

Moving home is stressful but the team from Mr. Cheap transport services made my moving day so much more fun than imagined! They are fast, professional yet careful. They went beyond their duties to help us fix stuff in our new home and kept asking what else they can help with. I am so impressed! Thanks to Mr. Cheap transport for leading such an awesome team for my home moving! 5 stars to Mr Cheap transport.

Really appreciate Mr. Cheap Transport services and team for not only once, but twice in rendering their services even though we contacted them at a very short notice Mr. Cheap transport is a trustworthy company. The movers are very friendly, cheerful and hardworking crew of guys who take pride in their work. They are fast, yet careful in carrying out their tasks. Thankfully, Mr Cheap transport services were able to take on this last-minute assignment and helped with the dismantling and disposable of my household items. Thank you! Mr. Cheap transport for taking the stress out of the house-moving and playing a huge role in ensuring a smooth handover.

I would like to thank Lizette Organsie and Team from Mr Cheap Transport for their excellent service. They went beyond the call of duty to sort out our move which was initially very very stressful. She got me a very good rate which was within my budget from Cape Town to Pretoria. The other transporters charged very high rates.
I was so pleased to move with Mr Cheap Transport.
They are very efficient, professional, competent, friendly and handled all my questions which made the process an absolute pleasure. Everyone involved with this move was professional and I’d like to thank them!
I will certainly be recommending this service to all my friends.
