Very entertaining place for both adults and kids lovely outdoor atmosphere. The kitchen service is unsatisfactory but besides that its a stunning outdoor place to spend the day in. Pools are clean, its amazing

Fantastic place for an outdoor chill with some friends. Booze is cheap, food is awesome. I would stay out of the pool, though pretty sure there's more pee in the pool than water.

(Half a star): Ignored, left to self serve.
1) During booking we were told we'd get 1/4 chicken & on the day we got drumsticks & no explanation given.
2) We were asked for eating time. Little did we know "eating time" meant we'll have to lick our lips and thirst quench on a water tap nearby as they would not let out anything (i.e snacks, juice). That were meant as pre main meal. Everything waited for eating time. They would not release even after I (party owner) personally begged them to. And you can't really say they were busy as the area had 5 more none party guests at most.
3) Eating time finally came at 12h30, snacks meant for starters only came out at 15h00 after much begging for their release. While we were already eating main meal.
4) Main meal was no better. We had to go and call out the chakalala, glasses & Juice accompanying the braai'd meat. We literally collected from their kitchen to our eating area at exactly 14h30 2hrs later from "eating time".
5) No serviettes or napkins while we ate. We got all messy & had to run to the nearby tap again for some form of clean up.
6) They ONLY served us rolls and raw meat for braai. And that was the last they came to our tables. For everything else we marshalled between their kitchen and eating area ourselves. We literally became waiters/waitresses. And they couldn't care.
7) At some point music was switched off. And back on at the time suitable to them.
8) Jumping castle "only comes out for the party guests" -their own words. Was released to the far end from where we sat and allowed for all none party guests to use and break. It broke before my son (person whose party it was) could play on it.
 There was not a single apology for this disaster. And yes we voiced out our dissatisfaction the whole day, but they had no care in the world like I already said.response / report this review -
