The MMO team replaced my climbing shoes due to them having a manufacturing default. The team was very helpful and I got my new shoes quickly. The customer service from MMO is fantastic and I would highly recommend them.

I have nothing less than exceptional service from MMO. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. If there is a problem with an order or an unforeseen problem arises, they will always step up and resolve it to best suit the client. Also, they stock only the highest quality products!
