I travelled between Durban and Upington and arrived at the truck stop at 06:05 ,no personel at the gate and security was sleeping in his hut.
I parked the truck and slept till 08hoo. Bought coffee and was told that I have to pay R135 for the 1.5 hours I slept.
The notice at the gate state R135 to sleep from 06:00 -08:0080 so where the hell do they have the nerve to charge the same amount for a person getting there after 06:00 in the morning.
No wonder the trucks sleep at toll gates!
I will never again make use of their diesel pumps as well.
