My experience was quite horrifying in as far as customer care and sakes mannerisms was concerned -I had gone to buy break pads and my son was to demand that I wanted the dispatched to me in a sealed box and not old container, that had broken seal. As a result, I was told to decide if I wanted to take the merchandise or not and that no one forced me to take it. The issue was the rude and arrogant it was said to me and as result I have vowed that I will never set foot there because, even the person who was in charge of the outlet refused to address my complaint and instead, left the premises on my full view and left me subjected to the rude attitude by a man in spectacles -who was said to be in charge of the front desk/counter.

Absolute worst for buying parts, was given the wrong parts ending in me having to pay mechanics for fitment and big surprise they never had the right part. No apology just a "You should have known the part number"

Go to place for all your car part replacements. Staff are very on top of their game and are willing to go the extra mile. The store doesn't have any long queues so you'll be in and out in 2 minutes if you're know what your looking for. If you don't, the staff will quickly assist you in getting the right part.
