Poor service, I hate it with the passion. When you there having a problem. The people who work here seem to know nothing. All they know is sitting in the warm offices while the commuters are waiting long hours for buses. Everything about metrobus is disgusting. The superiors are just thinking of their pockets forgetting that they get paid because of commuters who are loading their bus tags. I'm disgusted by the way they treating people who are using buses. The service is ridiculous.

Metrobus publishes false information on their route timetables and when this is queried drivers become rude. This makes your service unreliable for persons with tight schedules who cannot afford delays.
