Metro Home Centre at the Dome Northgate. The fabrics are beautiful, a bit pricey. The shop is very neat, well lit and a good display of the various items.

But.OMGthe staff are horrid people. They have no customer service at all. Glum, grumpy, extremely unhelpful people. They have this I don't care a damn attitude. I have no idea how ALL the staff are so negatively charged.

I love fabrics, even though they have beautiful fabrics, and they stock what I want. Due to the lack of customer services I shop elsewhere.

Disgusting non-existent customer service when trying to purchase fabric. I was told by a floor manager/supervisor "You have a problem" and "There is something wrong with you" when I asked politely whether there is a more efficient way for fabric to be cut and purchased.

Took nearly an hour for someone to help; no queue - no logic; no first come, first serve. Buddy-buddy system of helping customers.

The store manager was not available since "he is on the phone the whole day, since the morning, in important meetings".

Customer service = 0.

Don't know how to treat and talk to customers. Never again, Centurion Metro Home Centre.

An old favourite in Cemturion. They stock a lot of things from fabrics to lighting, curtains to home appliances and lounge suites. Well priced, lots of things under one roof. A definite must visit if you are setting up home and in need for items for you home. Friendly staff
