Love their new Moroccan- inspired style hotel. Their hospitality service is excellent as well. Love their restaurants and breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Fun activities

Great spot, very Moroccan inspired! It's easily accessible from the airport, with daily Airlink flights from Johannesburg. I loved the look and feel of the whole place. The service was good, it has conference facilities as well. They have the Best onion rings I have Ever eaten. It's the perfect place to start the alternative route to the Kruger national park via Phalaborwa on R71.

When I first entered I was like "whoaat" it is pretty.. free entrance for those going for outdoor activities like cart riding and mini golf it is a nice place I loved the cart rides.. I say big up to the quick staff and the safety precautions taken to keep visitors safe. I loved the place and hopefully I'll visit again

I went to meropa hotel on the 3nov and the service was excellent. It was my wedding day and i booked in for the weekend. Wonderful! !!!

Clean, neat and efficient. I have stayed in very many hotels, and I have never come across a level of professionalism and hospitality like this. The people make this place great. Would happily return any time.

Nice casino and something to do in polokwane, however i dont find it very clean, staff isnt very helpful or friendly edpecially at the info helpdesk.

Very busy. Not as many options as the Grand West casino but just as professional. Not a problem finding a machine to play. No parking fee.

Not suitable for academics, table too small to put laptop and books while working. No refridgerater to keep food while working from the room. Very cold at night becuase aircon not working. Dr Thuledi Makua
