Breakfast isn't satisfactory at all. We were not given chance to choose what we want to eat and variety was very limited. Jacuzzi was dirty and cold, I told the manager but it nothing was done about it

Beautiful place. I got out of the jacuzzi and slipped and fell. Broke my ribs. Now a week in hospital. Could have been prevented if they used non slip material.

My experience was spent with deep regret. Although friendly staff, the facility is badly managed. Pool and jacuzzi were dirty (on very hot days). The place is beautiful but hygiene is badly managed, very dusty, bathroom towels were not changed. Had to use the same towels for 3 consecutive nights. Eating utensils weren't very clean, the breakfast tasted like it had been in the fridge for weeks. Nice complimentary pool table with broken pool cues. Dogs roaming around. The list goes on had a great holiday in the area but dreaded coming back to the lodge

Good service! i loved being there for the 3 days. Clean rooms only thing that needs fixing is the entertainment room. Needs new pool table please , prolly a tv and music.

This venue is basically a sham the rooms don't look like this at all and there's no views of the dam. No towels no service absolutely shocking

We were really disappointed. First of all the the glasses were very dirty as well as the floors. It was very hot but the aircon was broken so it was blowing on our faces the whole time, while we were sleeping. There was no cold water in the shower the next morning, nothing at all. We got a voucher for breakfast the next morning at The windmill. But it seems that i paid R200 for a R100 braekfast voucher????? I tried to phone and query but no answer.

Its spacious and private. Large comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Space to explore and roam. A few swimming pools and Jacuzzis . No need to leave after booking in.
