I have had the most disappointing car service feedback ever. Will not tolerate shocking communication and lack of detail regarding requested items to be repaired on my vehicle. Requested quotation for certain parts , still waiting. Will not be going back or recommending this dealership.

Phoned the company for a quote on my cars first oil change. The lady told me R2600 and she didn’t even ask what car I was driving neither asked for the VIN number?

Used to service and repair my car there but will never be going here again as they tried to rip me off. They told me my turbo needed to be replaced and told me it would cost R56k. But I was told they should have also offered me econo parts but they didn't because they want to rip you off. Also when I took my car to Care Care Clinic Northcliff they found other things wrong yet I had recently had my car serviced and also paid R1100 for a car inspection but they didn't mention any of these problems. They used to be a great dealership but they are no longer.

This by fair the worst VW second hand dealership i have ever come a cross. Had 3 different sales people. Still no spare key and license disk after 3 months. and every time. no feedback , i have to listen to the lies and the manager never ever phones you back. And my ignition is giving me issues. still not solved after leaving my car with them for a full week.

This is by far the worst VW service dept I have ever been to. It used to be good. Left my car for diagnosis on handbrake, window washer and leak next to sunroof. A whole day - no call, no feedback. Phoned to find out what's happening, they don't phone back. Phone again, they give me the total quote and the least important to be done. They have done nothing to find out what's wrong with the handbrake. I have to ask. They tell me what they STILL HAVE TO DO to FIND out what's wrong. That's why I left it there in the FIRST PLACE. TELL ME WHAT'S WRONG. So basically they have done nothing the whole day. Pathetic service.

Worst Service from a second hand dealership side

Struggled for almost 2 weeks to get minor issues (small scratches, petrol cap not opening, service book missing, flap in rear window missing, passenger door hinge not correctly adjusted), sorted for an Open Consa, 2015 47,000 km's on the dials.

VW drove me MAD to sign the deal Eventually last week and Friday we took ownership only to discover that the vehicle is leaking oil, indicator / brake light not working, received a dirty vehicle The Sump has been covered with what looks like Pratley Steel and this is where the oil is leaking after further inspection underneath the vehicle the fully worn wheels were exposed

How the hell can a vehicle be sold like this - The next time I will get it up a hoist to inspect it underneath myself Pathetic Service!!!

Then they ask R6,000 to tint the windows (Hyundai does it for R1,400), Registration R7,5000 (Hyundai and KIA ask R3,500)

For many years i have had all of my vehicles serviced at Constantia Kloof and the service has always been spot on. till now, took my car through for 15000km service and i had asked the aircon to be checked as well. A whole day my car stood there and overnight and i get not one phone call to put my mind at ease from my service consultant/adviser Monique - she found it normal for me not to have a car for a whole day. Missing work and meetings. When you phone in reception either transfers you or cuts you off - Service Manager is always in meetings
When i eventually went to collect my vehicle - the 15000 service had not even been done Ziltch. I got a blank stare. I got a shiny carwash over a period of 2 days AND no service
