For me this place is convenient. I enjoy bring my baby. He loves playing in the outdoor area. There's TV for the rest of us. The staff is friendly at times. I liked it, I enjoyed the setting and the view. I would recommend it to families that have kids mostly.

Love that its 24 hours. Its McDonalds so the food is good affordable and place clean. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Plus has a small play area for lil ones. Also available to book for kids parties

I am soo disappointed with our MacDonald Thembisa branch.The drive through facility has not been functional for more than three months. Please fix this frustrating situation,it is denting this wonderful Brand.

The first point of service person doesn't greet to take your order, then when you're done you don't get told what your total is. The paypoint takes long to arrive at because the collection isn't moving, when you eventually get to collect you're handed part of your order then the person just disappears without telling you that they're getting your other meal. At they're return you do not even get an apology. Throughout this experience you never even see any of them smiling.
