I often go to McDonald's at night, just after midnight. Only the drive through is open and each time I buy a meal I am asked to wait for the meal in the parking area. I never receive the meal while in the drive through. This is annoying.

Very slow after waiting 20 minutes for my order they still only bring half of the order out and then to get home and no happy meal toy. Every time I go there something is wrong. Very frustrating

Service in drive through is the worst , worst thing they can't even make a mcflurry #they wont stir the oreo cookies with ice-cream just poor on top! It's happened to me x4times. If only there was 2nd McDonalds around I'd go there.

Very pleasant staff. Placed my order, went to bathroom and picked up order, all within 2 minutes. The entire restaurant is clean and orderly. Only gripe was that for the very first time I decided to use the drive-thru and there was a problem with the system! Never mind, ordered inside and then I sat outside and enjoyed my Big Mac in the sun.

Their delivery driver will steal your money.!
Ordered via the app and was not available to accept the delivery myself, so I gave R100 to my sister to pay. Order came to R61.90 - received R20 change. After I phoned the driver he first insisted that the order was for R69 and not R61.90 even though it reflects as such on the receipt. He then went on to tell me he didn't have change to give me. These guys offer pathetic service and are a bunch of criminals.response / report this review -

Popped by the drive thru for a quick breakfast this morning and was kindly asked to wait for my order in the parking lot for 2 minutes. The 2 minutes ended up being 15 minutes. Very disappointed. Not very good if you are in a rush.

The old staff that has been there for years always make you feel welcome. I used to work at FNB Lambton and will always go back to that store. In actual fact I came from Jhb and drove past the Alberton McDonald's to come to Lambton. Well dine Portia and team
