This particular branch in my option is the best one in KZN that I've visited! SUPER clean interior, well crafted food that Richard and Maurice McDonald would have been proud of. Drop by if you're in the area. We'll worth it.

Average. Not always a long waiting time. Manager was quite rude to me in front of other customers, when I informed her that my milkshake (and it's replacement I requested) was off. Like it's my fault your icecream is off?

What you would expect from a McDonald's - fast food, fast service. Have always found the staff efficient. The drive-thru is really convenient but inside, the restaurant is clean, with a play area for small children.

Located in a safe area with moderate traffic. Easily accessible from the main road.

It was the most unpleasant experience! Firstly the cashier's face was so UNFRIENDLY! The BIG tasty was as dry as the Karoo! And sauce.. What sauce? I will never support this branch again! I am definitely NOT lovin' IT!

Sufficient parking. Inexpensive but delicious desserts. Good service. In terms of meals I'll stick with the foldovers. Good value for your buck. Love the shoe string fries.

Service takes quite a while since they specialise is fast food. The prices I was charged was also not the same as the price on the overhead display, and when I raised the issue no-one seemed to care.

Average service, have not had any issues with the food i have ordered but i would not indulge at the MC Cafe section. Those cakes have lived a looong life!!
