All I can say is that a woman decides she is going to use the baby change room for her own dumping, decides to take a number two in it and completely ignore my wife and I while we trying to get her out so we can change our baby until eventually I had to call one of the staff over. As if that was of much help either, I guess it was a racist thing with them.

So at work today and can’t leave decide to send my brother for a little McDonald’s give him R100 in R20 notes and know that it’s enough for two Big Mac medium meals get the receipt back and cashier rings up R80 and pocketed the R20 unfortunately my brother can’t read so this is why I made sure the money I gave was sufficient on confronting the cashier her response was that she did not count the money that the R20 must be in the till which is a wonder to me as what if he had short paid and you did not count the incident happened at exactly 11:09 as per receipt and crew if is 88(

I've only used the drive thru for this McDonald's and both times it was at night. The service was very slow even though, on both occasions, the place was not busy.

There's a pothole in the entrance. Be careful, especially if your car has low suspension.

My car was hit by a piling off wall tile whilst I waited to collect my food from the drive thru windowthe tile fell off from the wall because of poor maintenance of the facility or poor workmanship from construction. It took about an hour and half to talk to someone with authority

Orders are almost never complete or correct, service is slow and there is almost always something out of stock. Many complaints to head office has had no effect. Save yourself the frustration and skip McDonalds Ermelo.
