  Ordered an upgrade through them, they said they'll phone to keep me updated. One week later and they haven't bothered calling or messaging me with an update. Other branches get it done in a day or two.

  Terrible service. Staff are untrained. They botch up a sim port from another network. Send me to cell c to check up what's the matter when they just don't know how to do the porting. Have to go to another store to get good service. And on top of all that they don't answer the phone

  Pathetic, staff member did not want to do his job and lied saying that that MTN RICA system closes at 17h30. Sis-disgusting

  Absolutely pathetic service! Took out a contract and asked for a sim swap to be done. When I was told I could collect the phone they told me they "forgot" to do the sim swap. They then said it would be done in 24 hours.. 1 month later and I still haven't been helped. Contacted the manager but he is of no help either - doesn't answer calls or reply to emails. Disgusting attitude towards customers. I will NEVER go back there.

  Went in on Sunday walked out within 10 minutes with my new phone. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Wish other retail stores could learn from these staff. By the way love the new store looks great compared to the old one. Well done to the owner.

  Honestly a disgusting attitude. You feel like you wont be helped with proper respect because of your age. I am honestly so disappointing. I went to this branch due to convenience and this is what I got.
  I have been told by staff that the person who handled my account, that it takes between a week or 2 for them to process my application. Really ridiculously long.
  Will use another service provider next time!

  After spending more than an hour in the shop to renew a contract I was casually told they have no paper to print the contract let alone Miss Zulu not knowing their new helios system. Was asked to come back in 15 minutes and to my dismay still no paper. I requested them to cancel the deal only to discover at another Mtn store the next day that it has not been done and once again spent precious time to wait for the camcellation
