I wouldn't even give it 1 star, but had to in order to write the review. I have tried to telephone this store for 4 years at one time or another no reply. Today I persisted and just got the phone put down in my ear, a few times. Charming. How do they stay in business with such a bad attitude.

The worst store ever, most unfriendly staff, poor customer service, never answers the telephone. Pathetic all round, please change staff or send for training.
