BAD SERVICE EVER, they never answer their telephone what the use of having a phone but not answer it. I ordered a phone but still now its not available and they not making any contact with me so that I can know its been a month now

Just tried to call them andthe customer careline told me it is against their policy for consultants to take calls if they are busy This makes no sense! Mtn is a communications company that cannot take calls??? The interesting part is to see if mtn at national level will read my whole message and call me.

Pathetic service from a service provider! Phones never answered! My handset was returned by the MTN repair center to the store after being repaired. A month after receiving the device, the store has still not made contact with me to collect.
