Did a sim swap yesterday but still waiting for it to be activated ,MTN say they haven't received it from the Mooi river branch. The youngster that tried to serve me was more interested in his own phone and messages. Useless shop don't go there.

Staff are unhelpful and ignorant. Was told a repair would take 8 weeks, Samsung fixed it in 2 days

They managed to open a contract for me. After promising they would be able to port my number a month down the line, I found out I couldn't port the number. They were unapologetic and unhelpful.
Furthermore, you stand in long queues outside the store to speak to salesmen and they don't have a working phone that you can call

Useless useless useless! does not answer the phone and when the Manager lady answer she is very rude! waiting for my phone for more than 3 weeks and all the can say is that they don't know when the phone will arrive. Minus 5 stars from my side but unfortunately you have to put up a star.

You always wait in line, even if you are first in line. They never pick up the phone, they never have stock, and the staff are unresponsive and rude. 1 star is more than they deserve.

In all honesty one star is still too much for this branch as I have been experiencing lip service for three weeks now. I have to phone them to stay informed and every time it leads to me having to come into the branch and try to understand all the excuses. Not to mention they don't answer their telephone most of the time. The consultants are rude and unprofessional.
