The first time that I was at the store about 10 months ago, there was a young man who was extremely helpful. That was the reason I went back, but today was the last time, the lady was so unfriendly that I actually ask her if I should go elsewhere.

Die eerste keer was die diens uitstekend. Maar niemand antwoord die telefone nou as ek bel nie. Antwoord asb julle telefone. Julle is 'n besigheid en telefoondiens is deel van julle diens.

I have taken out a new contract last week. (Already a customer of MTN with 2 contracts)
System was very slow and assistant struggled to complete the application.
Have received a sms notification on the same day that my application has been approved.
Up to date I have not heard from them again. Have no idea when I will receive my phone.
Tried to phone them more than once. Phone have not been answered once.
Follow up/Feed back is none existent and if this is the way that business is being conducted I am unsure what the quality of service will be afterwards.
